Answer: I know 3 ways
1. Be prepared by practicing as much as you can
2. Limit your sugar intake before the performance - in other words, don't eat too much of sweets before your performance
3. Stop scaring yourself with the thoughts "Something might go wrong"

Try understanding from there point of view, but they should also understand where you’re coming from. if you live with them, you follow there rules. if you don’t live with them, you don’t need to.
