Sophia is suffering from anorexia or anorexia nervousa People might notice the weight loss, getting dangerously skinny, and constant fatigue. The health consequences are she can become extremely sick, do permanent damage to her body, or even die.

You might be able to help sophia by Choosing a time where you won't be interrupted, explain why you are worried about them in a calm manner, prepare yourself for a negative reaction.
