They celebrate lots of the same holidays, also, the Inca and Aztec also helped with culture, and lots of todays ''things'' like roads and such

the cultures are like because they are both of the same type of people, meaning that they celebrate about the same holidays. (for example the day of the dead). They both observe these days as scarce and revered.

They are different because of the area difference, the temperature and weather are big factors and cause different things to occur. Often groups will split off and change traditions because of new things.
