It’s hard to explain but like you have to bend over to reach the bottom of it so it causes strain to your back just like if you carry heavy weights it can hurt your back and bending over is like the same because it’s being used to much

No one understands to that person or their problems, they just thinks that he or behaves like this and ect.ect.
but they never try to get to know that person, why he or she behaves like that ??
