Ancient Mesopotamia is a region located on the banks of the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers, where one of the earliest civilization developed. In the fertile crescent, they were able to grow crops because of the availability of water in the region. Rivers brought along with fertile land along with minerals in it for crops to grow. People were able to grow crops during the year according to the seasons.
