So the lower extreme on the box and whiskers plot is 2, and the upper extreme is 11. The median is 6, and the median of the lower quartile is 4 and the median of the upper quartile is 8. So now we have to find which one satisfies these things. So if you look at it, you get D.

The value of the solid's surface area is equal to the value of the solid's volume. find the value of x. 5*6*x
velikii [3]

Given

a cuboid with length, width, height dimensions 5, 6, x

Find

the value of x that makes the numerical value of the total surface area equal to the numerical value of the volume

Solution

The volume is given by

... V = L·W·H = 5·6·x = 30x

The area is given by

... A = 2(L·W + H(L+W)) = 2(5·6 +x(5+6)) = 2(30 +11x) = 60 +22x

When these are equal, we have

... 30x = 60 +22x

... 8x = 60

... x = 7.5

The desired value of x is 7.5.

Angle RZT=110
Angle RZS=3s
Angle TZS=8s
What are angles RZS and TZS?
nekit [7.7K]
Angles RZT, RZS, and TZS form triangle RZT, so they sum to 180. Thus, we have:

110+3s+8s=180

Simplifying, we have:

11s=70

Dividing by 11, we see that:

s=70/11

Therefore, RZS=3s=210/11, and TZS=8s=560/11.
