Answer:

The values of x = 12 and y = 8.

Step-by-step explanation:

From the given figure ,

ΔMTW≅ΔBGK

That is, these two triangles are congruent.

If two triangles are congruent , all the corresponding angles and corresponding sides are equal.

Congruency is different from similarity . Similarity means two triangles which are the same with different dimensions.

Therefore , ∠MTW = ∠BGK

                     (4x - 3)° = 45°

                       4x = 48°

                         x = 12

Since ∠MTW = 45° ,

∠TMW = 180 - (41 +45)

              = 180 - 86

              =94°

From congruency ,

∠TMW = ∠GBK

94° = 11y + 6

11y = 88°

y = 8

Find the number of 4-digit numbers that contain at least three odd digits.
Greeley [361]

Answer:

3000

Step-by-step explanation:

First find the 4 digit numbers that have all odd digits

Possible Odd digits  =5(1,3,5,7,9)

So, total number of 4 digit numbers with odd digits can be calculated as  =5×5×5×5=625

Now find all the 4 digits numbers with at least 3 odd digits and the first digit as either 2,4,6,8 ( 0 would make it a 3 digit number)

The first digit can be 2,4,6,8

=4×5×5×5=500

Now find all the 4 digits numbers with at least 3 odd digits and the second digit as either 0,2,4,6,8

=5×5×5×5=625

Now find all the 4 digits numbers with at least 3 odd digits and the third digit as either 0,2,4,6,8

Now find all the 4 digits numbers with at least 3 odd digits and the second digit as either 0,2,4,6,8

=5×5×5×5=625

Now find all the 4 digits numbers with at least 3 odd digits and the fourth digit as either 0,2,4,6,8

=5×5×5×5=625

Add them together

625+500+625+625+625=3000

creativ13 [48]

Answer:

24

Step-by-step explanation:

21 times 8 is 168, and 168 divided by 7 is 24, therefore she would need 24 to give among 21 friends if she still wanted to have 1/8 left over.

Exponential form of 81/625
Vesnalui [34]

Step-by-step explanation:

Hey, there!!

you number is: 81/625

We know that,

81=9×9

and

625=25×25

and............................................................

9×9 means 9^2

and 25×25 means 25^2

so, the exponential form of the question is,

=\frac{ {9}^{2} }{ {25}^{2} }

{we simply find exponential form by finding their fraction}
