2) yes, you can simply plug in the information that is already given to you and you will come up with that missing side.

3) I will Plug in the missing information based on what I am given.

4) Yes, the volume of a cone is Pi*r^2*h/3 The volume of a cylinder is Pi*r^2*h and the volume of a sphere is 4/3*pi*r^3

5) I could find the volume of a cone If I am given the height and radius, or the diameter because if I have the diameter I can cut it in half and that is the radius.

The volume of a cone is pi times the radius squared times the height divided by three.
The volume of a cylinder is pi times the radius squared times the height.
The volume of a sphere is 4 divided by 3 times pi times the radius cubed.

6x-2y=24<br> how do u solve for y
Tatiana [17]
It's <span>Diophantine equation.
First, we need to found gcd(6,(-2)):</span>
6=2*3
(-2)=(-1)*2

So, gcd(6,-2)=2
Now, the question is. Can we dived c=24, by gcd(6,-2) and in the end get integer?
Yes we can.
\frac{24}{2} =12
So, we can solve it.

Now is the formula:
{\displaystyle {\begin{cases}x=x_{0}+n{\frac {b}{\gcd(a,\;b)}}\\y=y_{0}-n{\frac {a}{\gcd(a,\;b)}}\end{cases}}\quad n\in \mathbb {Z} .}

Second, we need the first pair (x0,y0)
 if
x=0
then
y=(-12)

Third, we gonna use that formula:
{\displaystyle {\begin{cases}x=-n}\\y=-3(4+n)}\end{case}\quad n\in \mathbb {Z} .}
Congratulations! We solve it.

Prove usin's Mathematical induction 2^n ≤(n+1)!, for n≥0
Westkost [7]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

2^0 is less than or equal to 1!, because 1<= 1

if 2^n <= (n+1)!, we wish to show that 2^(n+1) <= (n+2)!, since

(n+2)! = (n+1)! * (n+2), and (n+1)!>= 2^n, then we want to prove that n+2<=2, which is always true for n>=0
