Answer:

41. How did independence under Jomo Kenyatta in Kenya differ from independence under Jerry Rawlings in Ghana?

Explanation:

The difference of independence under the presidency of Jomo Kenyatta in Kenya is achieved in the year 1964 until 1978 year of his death, transforming Kenya into a Republic.

While the independence under Jerry Rawlings in Ghana, in 1957 independence was proclaimed, in 1860 it became a Republic, in 1966 a Military Coup overthrew the government and after a military government.

In 1972 a new coup inaugurated a series of military presidents, including Jerry Rawlings (1979-1980), who in 1980 returned the power to civilians after the fight against corruption, and the holding of elections.

In what they differ, is that the first was done peacefully and quietly, and the second was full of shocks for many years.

ANEK [815]

Answer:Here, James took the right decision. I will clarify this with few points.

1st - If he purchases a car at high interest rate, he will still have all his debt on previous credit card standing as it is. He will have to pay car loan plus his older dues thus paying at double places.

2nd - It is likely that he can still default on loans as paying double money each month can create problems and James can again stop making payments.

3rd - If James starts paying his debts now, he can be free in a few years time and his credit score will again become good. Then he will get the regular rate of interest for his car as he will be debt free.

So, we can say, he made the right decision.

Why must federal legislation that affects business be based on an expressed constitutional grant of authority?
Vinvika [58]

Answer:

Because the federal government has only those powers granted to it by the Constitution.

Explanation:

The constitution is the body of documents where the functions and limits of the tiers and arms of government are spelled for regulation. Hence, all legislation of the government must conform with the constitutional authority for passing.

Give 2 reasons why andrew carnegie was a big deal in business
Keith_Richards [23]
Two reason Andrew Carnegie was a "big deal" in business, was first in the way he took full advantage of vertical integration. Buying everything he needed, including railways, to run his business. He is best remembered for this method, another factor that contributed to his "big deal" is his strong-rooted belief in philanthropy. He donated roughly 90% of his wealth to charity. Going so far as to write "The Gospel of Wealth."
