Answer:

The circumference of circle is 40.82 units.

Explanation:

The end points of diameter lie on circle. since the coordinates of end points of diameter may be evaluated using

d= \sqrt{(10-5)^ 2-(8-(-4))^ 2}

=\sqrt{25+144}

=\sqrt{169}=13

therefore d = 13 .

The formulae of circumference comprises the length of radius of circle, hence find the radius as half of diameter length r=d/2 = 13/2 = 6.5 ; circumference of circle =2\pi r

                                       = 2x3.14xr

                                       = 13x3.14 units.

                                        =40.82 units

Jithu is curating Christmas hampers for his neighbours.
iren2701 [21]

1 hamper box, curated by Jithu can be contained 5 cupcakes.

Calculation:

The total amount of cupcakes =665 nos.

Jithu wants to create a gift box, each of which contains 6 cupcakes.

We have to see first, whether 665 could be equally distributed or not.

Hence, 665/6= 110.84 unit

It is seen that the number is in a fraction.so, It can be said that 665 cakes cannot be equally distributed to each gift pack carrying 6 cakes.

Hence, 110*6=660 cupcakes.

∴665-660= 5 cupcakes in one box

So, it is concluded that Jithu could be prepared 110 gift boxes containing 6 cakes each & 1 box containing 5 cupcakes.
