in order to add picture you need to take a picture for it. you can you "snipping tool" if you have it. once you snip a picture you should save it to your desktop. if you want to post a picture on prainly there is a swirly picture on the bottom that looks kinda like a paper clip. press that it should say add attachments. then add your attachment
