of flour, 1/8 cup of margarine, 3 5/8 cups of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Since guests are coming, Andy wants to make a cobbler that will serve 15 (or increase the recipe 2 1/2 times). How much of each ingredient should Andy use?

Apples : 5 3/4 * 2 1/2 = 23/4 * 5/2 = 115/8 = 14 3/8 lbs

flour : 6 3/4 * 2 1/2 = 27/4 * 5/2 = 135/8 = 16 7/8 cups

margarine : 1/8 * 2 1/2 = 1/8 * 5/2 = 5/16 cups

sugar : 3 5/8 * 2 1/2 = 29/8 * 5/2 = 145/16 = 9 1/16 cups

cinnamon : 2 * 2 1/2 = 2/1 * 5/2 = 10/2 = 5 teaspoons

Write the gcf of:<br> 200x^2y^5 and 1000x^3y^2
gulaghasi [49]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

200 divides into 1000 so that is part of the HCF.

x^2 and x^3 are present so the HCF contains x^2

y^2 and y^5 are present so the HCF contains y^2

HCF = 200*x^2 * y^2

Write a polynomial function of minimum degree in standard form with real coefficients whose zeros and their multiplicities inclu
Pavel [41]
Multiplicity is how many times each root repeats
(x-r1) where r1 is the root
root is 1 of multiplicity 2 means
(x-1)^2

root -2 multiplicity 3 means
(x+2)^3

so the function is
(x-1)^2(x+2)^3
f(x)=(x-1)^2(x+2)^3
expanded
f(x)=x^5+4x^4+3x-10x^2-4x+8
(x-1)^2(x+2)^3
