The ratio of attempts to baskets  are

Finn = 16/12 = 4/3

Michael = 18/16 = 9/8

Jeff = 8/6 = 4/3

Tanner = 6/4 = 3/2  

Kevin = 12/9 = 4/3  

Tristan = 10/10 = 1

Therefore, Finn, Jeff and Kevin had the same ratio of attempts to baskets.

Maybe I'm not understanding, but I would say 32 ounces divided by 3 gives an equal amount of food for each dog. So i would just solve 32/3. Hope this helps... sorry if it didn't!
