Polarity is an essential and common feature in organisms, particularly at the cell level. Example: polarity of cells in a developing embryo (during embryogenesis) polarity of cells in axis formation.

Molecular shape is the arrangement of the atoms that is three-dimensional and that constitute a molecule. It determines several properties of a substance including its reactivity, polarity, phase of matter, color, magnetism and biological activity.

:) Sry if this is confusing.

Polarity- a seperation of electric charge leading to a molecule having an electric dipole.
Molecular shape- Identify the central atom.
Count its valence electrons.
Add one electron for each bonding atom.
Add or subtract electrons for charge
Divide the total of these by 2 to find the total.number of electron pairs.
Use this number to predict the shape.

According to Boyle’s law, when the pressure of a gas increases at constant temperature, its volume
TEA [102]

Answer:

reduces

Explanation:

According to Boyle's law, when the pressure of a gas increases at constant temperature the volume reduces.

Boyle's law states that "the volume of fixed mass of a gas is inversely proportional to the change in pressure if the temperature is constant".

  • It suggests that at constant temperature, if pressure increases, temperature reduces.

Mathematically, it is expressed as;

     P1 V1  = P2 V2

P and V are pressures

1 and 2 are initial and finals state.

What is the kinetic energy of a 5 kg object moving at 7 m/s?
valina [46]

Answer:

122.5 Joule, or 122.5 j

Explanation:

Given,

mass of the object (m) = 5 kg

velocity of the object (v) = 7 m/s

Kinetic energy = \frac{1}{2} × m × v²

Applying the formula:

Kinetic energy = \frac{1}{2} × 5 × 7²

⇒ \frac{1}{2} × 5 × 7 × 7

⇒ \frac{245}{2}

⇒ 122.5 Joule, or 122.5 j

Kinetic energy is the energy that an object gains as the result of the motion. It also depends on the mass of the object and force with which the motion is applied. In the given question, the mass of the object is 5 kg and the force of the velocity by which it is moving is 7 m/s.
