Distributive property of Multiplication with respect to addition

a × (b+c)=a×b+a×c

Number of situps done by marla in a day=65 sit ups

Number of situps done by Marla in a week

=65 × 7

=7 × 65------Using Commutativity(A×B=B×A)

=7 × (60 +5)----Using Distributivity of Multiplication with respect to Addition

 =7 ×60 +7 ×5

=420 +35

=455 sit ups
