Why do u think the u.s navy was so important in the spanish american war
valentinak56 [21]
In the Spanish American War, one of the most important things to the American Army was the capture of Guam, which was considered one of the most strategic places in the globe due to its location. Now in order to access Guam, the U.S. navy had to travel there and occupy it. To get Guam, you had to travel by sea since it is an island surrounded by nothing but water. The navy had to be strong also to fight off the Spanish army that was protecting Guam.

In a essay explain to me why was Georgia important and what do they mean when they say "Georgia turned blue."
olchik [2.2K]

Answer:

Smurfs.

Explanation:

Once upon a time long ago, there lived a smurf... He was a little blue fellow with very short limbs. He died in the center of his mooshroom village when he was 5. Killed a bane-claw bear cub when he was 9, killed his baby chickens when he was 12 because he forgot to feed them, and licked a dire-wolf's tongue when he was 25. He died shortly after because a leprechaun threw a handful of pure gold coins at his head when he was 32.

What is the final battle in The R-a-p-eof the Lock, and how does Pope present it in a mock-epic style?
Irina18 [472]

This final battle is the culmination of the long sequence of mock-heroic military actions. Pope invokes by name the Roman gods who were most active in warfare. This is because of the time when Pope informs the people that the Baron fights on unafraid because he “sought no more than on his foe to die,” the expression means that his goal all along was sexual consummation.
