It depends on if you are talking about bacteria, archaea, or eukaryotes. In bacteria and archaea, there are no membrane-enclosed compartments, so the electron transport chain is on the cellular membrane. In eukaryotes, the electron transport chain components are on the mitochondrial membrane.

Well the energy is stored in NADH and FADH2 during the krebs cycle and convert it to chemical bond energy in the form of ATP. In Eukaryotas, this reaction takes place on the inner mitochondrial membrane.

Over all, it is a pretty good answer and very complete. I wouldn't say Kudzu "climbs", I suggest just to say it grows up on other plants and trees affecting them negatively by suffocating them.

Maybe you could explain a little bit more about the characteristics of the plant.

It is excellent how you say it is an agressive and competitor but I wouldn't compare it with a predator, maybe more with a parasite.
