Humans and the whole world would struggle without bees.

Explanation:

Bees are very important pollinators. They are in charge of pollinating around 70% of all crops around the world. Bees' extinction would induce the disappearance of all the crops' species they pollinate. The absence of those plants might kill all the animals that feed on them. Animals that eat those other animals would die too, and so on. If humans manage to survive, the world would be chaotic. Buying vegetables wouldn't be easy as prices would go up. In conclusion, humans have to stop underestimating bees and start taking action in their preservation.
