Heroic phase occurs immediately after the disaster strikes. Honeymoon phase occurs immediately in the first few days after the disaster. Disillusionment phase, the community and the survvors are already getting tired and impatient. Reconstruction phase, it is the long term phase of the disaster where we must manage the expectations of the public regarding the ongoing recovery process.
