I think -45 is the answer.
 remember to always used PEMDAS
5x4 is 20 and 10x5 is 50 and 50 divided by -2 is -25 
20 - (-25) = -45

I'm not sure its completely right but i hope this at least helps guide you, if all else fails uses a calculator.
