What is the molarity of a solution that contains 125 g nacl in 4.00 l solution?
bogdanovich [222]

Answer:

[NaCl[ = 0.535M

Explanation:

We determine the moles of solute:

125 g . 1 mol/ 58.45 g = 2.14 moles

Molarity (mol/L) → 2.14 mol / 4L → 0.535M

Molarity is a sort of concentration that indicates the moles of solute in 1L of solution

The density of copper is 8.92 g/mL. The mass of a piece of copper that has a volume of 10.3 mL is
m_a_m_a [10]

Answer:

The answer is

91.9 g

Explanation:

The mass of a substance when given the density and volume can be found by using the formula

mass = Density × volume

From the question

volume of copper = 10.3 mL

density = 8.92 g/mL

The mass is

mass = 8.92 × 10.3 = 91.876

We have the final answer as

91.9 g

Hope this helps you
