Mitochondria are found in both plant and animal cells. They are the cells source of energy. Both cells need mitochondria in order to survive.
Lysosomes are only present in animal cells. They help with reproduction.
Chloroplasts and vacuoles are only present in plant cells. Chloroplasts assist in photosynthesis and vacuoles store waste.
The answer I believe is mitochondria.
