x^{3}-7 x-6 x+12=0

On solving we get,

x^{3}-13 x+12=0

x^{3}-12 x-x+12=0

\begin{array}{l}{x\left(x^{2}-1\right)-12(x-1)=0} \\\\ {x\left(x^{2}-1\right)-12(x-1)=0}\end{array}

(x-1)(x(x+1)-12)=0

(x-1)(x-3)(x+4)=0
