The mongols invaded china with the intentions of having china under the Mongol Yuan rule.
During the Catholic counter-reformation, the only thing was
not abolished was the papacy. During this time, the Catholic Church had tried
to regain back its believers who have left and converted to Protestantism after
they had heard and read what are some of the wrong doings of some members of
the Church.
