Answer:

No, because Linda did not intend for the Russian Foreign Intelligence Entity to see her email.

Explanation:

The act of gathering secret information about a competing government to provide one's own nation military or political advantage. It may include the study of diplomatic paper, documents, data, broadcast, etc. It may involve spying, a covert operation conducted by an individual operating under secret identity to gather sensitive information on behalf of another agency or country. Because Linda has no intention to reveal the information, she should not be charged with espionage.

What proves that thomas jefferson wrote the declaration of independence
Strike441 [17]

Answer: He was appointed the job after Benjamin Franklin turned it down.

Explanation:

When the reluctantly revolutionary Second Continental Congress convened in Philadelphia in 1776, Jefferson found himself appointed with four other delegates to write a declaration of independence. This group of five men was destined to lead the new nation. The other four committee members, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Roger Sherman, and Robert R. Livingston, strategically deferred to Jefferson to draft the document. Jefferson's selection was based upon his powerful writing style and the fact that he represented the interests of Virginia, the most influential southern colony. Virginia's leadership in stating the colonial cause was a key in creating a united front against Britain. The respected Benjamin Franklin backed off from penning a first draft, saying that he would never write anything for others to edit. John Adams handed the task over to Jefferson, expressing his admiration of Jefferson's superior writing skills. Adams said that the young Virginian was unmatched in his eloquence and his penetrating mind. He later regretted not writing the document to his dying day.

Jefferson wrote the draft and defended it before the committee as a simple piece designed to present in plain and firm terms the "common sense" of independence. The document's structure included a statement of principles and then a list of grievances. After deleting Jefferson's biting attack on King George III for trafficking slaves and debating other issues of substance for three days, Congress approved "The Unanimous Declaration of the 13 United States of America" on July 4—the Continental Congress never officially called it the Declaration of Independence.

The document's assertion of fundamental human rights provided a compact statement of government that underlies the Republic. In Jefferson's mind, the Declaration of Independence would provide the foundation for the creation of an American society truly representative and egalitarian. Authoring this important document positioned Jefferson as one of the new nation's most important Founding Fathers—equal to Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, James Madison, and John Adams.

For number 2 you could say for in favor of the act was it made the tea cheaper and would make colonists purchase it or that it helped bail out the east India company so they weren’t in debt. But against the tea act you can say many colonist opposed it because it seemed to validate the townshend tax on tea or in other words kinda you can said colonists believed that it violated their rights as Englishmen to “no taxation without representation”

Explanation:

4. Begin by asking Kyla to close her eyes and relax. Let the spider out of his cage and let him roam around the office. Continue to help Kyla relaxand keep her heart at baseline.

An exposure therapy does not mean to place the spider exactly in front of the eyes or on the heart. It means introducing it in such a way that the patient is at ease and feels safe. In case of spiders first they are placed inside a cage in the same room so the patient is relaxed and doesn't have to worry about anything.

Then later on the spider can be set free to roam about in the same room so there's nothing to worry about. The patient must be treated in such a way that he feels that spiders are harmless or any other such thing would not harm them so they grew out of the fear.

One unfortunate result of the scientifically unsupported contention that vaccinations play a major role in the development of au
Whitepunk [10]

Answer:

One unfortunate result of the scientifically unsupported contention that vaccinations play a major role in the development of autism spectrum disorder is that in the first half of 2008, rates of measles cases in the United States doubled as compared to the rates observed between 2000 and 2007.

Explanation:

 • Though the contention was not supported with scientific findings and was only based on general observation, the results of the contention clearly exhibited that the vaccination has failed as there was an increase in cases with measles contraction.
 • Merely for the fact that the contention lacks scientific support, it was not given enough emphasis and means and methods other than what the contention suggested were implemented to address the problem.
