People are connected to other living things such as trees and plants. Humans breathe in the oxygen the plants produce. People are connected to non living things such as stool from animals. Worms decompose the animals stool which makes the dirt richer. Humans use that rich dirt to grow plants that we consume for fuel.

An organism that produces its food by photosynthesis _____.
HACTEHA [7]

Answer: The correct answer for the fill in the blank is- May be placed in the Plantae kingdom.

An organism that produces food by photosynthesis can belong to three kingdoms that are Monera ( example- cynobacteria) , Protista ( example- algae) and Plantae ( example- green plants).

Thus, it is not necessary that the organism must be placed in Plantae kingdom as it may belong to any of these three.

Organisms belonging to Animalia kingdom do not perform photosynthesis.

Thus, second option is the right answer.

If the net force an object at rest is zero the object will remain at rest. <br> True or false
FromTheMoon [43]

True

Explanation:

If the net force on an object at rest is zero, the object will remain at rest. This is one of the postulates of newton's law of motion.

Newton's first law of motion states that "an object will continue in its state of rest or uniform motion unless if it is acted upon by an external force. "

  • If no net force acts on a body, it will forever remain at rest.
  • The force on a body causes its motion and acceleration.
  • A body will continue in uniform motion if no external force acts on it.
