The most important property of the cell membrane is its selective permeability: some substances can pass through it freely, but others cannot. Small and nonpolar (hydrophobic) molecules can freely pass through the membrane, but charged ions and large molecules such as proteins and sugars are barred passage.

Selective permanently, is the reason why the cell membrane only let's certain things pass through. small noon polar molecules (oxygen & carbon dioxide) pass through by simply diffusing. But other molecules use other types of passive transport or active transport.

All strains of human papillomavirus (HPV) are capable of integrating their double-stranded DNA viral genome into host basal cell
Novosadov [1.4K]

Answer:

Oncogenes.

Explanation:

Cancer is the harmful disease that causes several death in the world. Cancer occur due to the mutation in the genes that are responsible for the regulation of apoptosis and cell divisions.

The virus are also oncogenic in nature and can cause several different type of cancer. The human papilloma virus can be transmitted from the skin contact. The virus cause cervical cancer and genital warts. The integration of this virus into host genome increases the expression of viral oncogenes in the host DNA.

BigorU [14]

Answer:

49

It says that there are eight four-base repeat unites that make up the remaining 32 bases. This means that it 8 x 4 = 32. Then from 32 + 9 = 41 is how you get all of the bases in the original. However, if there were to be 10 repeat units then it would be 10 x 4 = 40. Then from there you would get 40 + 9 = 49. Hope my explanation helped somewhat.
