Answer:

1st two way table.

Step-by-step explanation:

Number of ham sandwiches = 18

Number of turkey sandwiches = 10

Ham sandwiches

Sandwiches on wheat bread = \frac{18}{2}=9

Sandwiches on white = 6

Sandwiches on rye = 18 - 9 - 6

                                = 3

Turkey sandwiches

Sandwiches on white = 2

Sandwiches on wheat = \frac{10-2}{2}

                                     = 4

Sandwiches on rye = 4

As per these data, two way table number 1 will be the answer.

krek1111 [17]

Kevin sold 10 pounds of apples and 20 pounds of raspberries.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Cost per pound of apples = $3.50

Cost per pound of raspberries = $4

Total amount earned = $115

Let,

x represent the pounds of apples sold

y represent the pounds of raspberries sold

According to given statement;

3.50x+4y=115     Eqn 1

y = 2x                  Eqn 2

Putting value of y from Eqn 2 in Eqn 1

3.50x+4(2x)=115\\3.50x+8x=115\\11.50x=115

Dividing both sides by 11.50

\frac{11.50x}{11.50}=\frac{115}{11.50}\\x=10

Putting x=10 in Eqn 2

y=2(10)\\y=20

Kevin sold 10 pounds of apples and 20 pounds of raspberries.

How many different 6- player starting squads can be formed from a volleyball team of 11 players?
aivan3 [116]
You have to calculate how many combinations of 6 people can be chosen from 11.   The formula for this is:
n! / [r! * (n-r)!]
combinations = 11! / [6! * 5!] =
11 * 10 * 9 * 8 * 7 /  5 * 4 * 3 * 2 *1 =
11 * 3 * 2 * 7 =
462 Combinations

A null hypothesis can only be rejected at the 5% significance level if and only if:
ozzi

Answer:

Option (B) a 95% confidence interval does not include the hypothesized value of the parameter

Step-by-step explanation:

Alpha, α = 0.05

We conduct a hypothesis test at 5% significance level.

The null hypothesis will be rejected when

Option (B) a 95% confidence interval does not include the hypothesized value of the parameter

  • When a 95% confidence interval is constructed,it contains all the possible values for the parameter being estimated.
  • If the value of the parameter stated in the null hypothesis is contained in the 95% confidence interval, then we fail to reject the null hypothesis 0.05 level and accept it.
  • If the value stated in the null hypothesis is not in the interval, then we fail to accept the null hypothesis and reject the null hypothesis at the 0.05 level.
