Hello!

With all the conveniences in our world, people have started to become unhealthy. If we follow the guidelines we will live healthy lives.

Let’s start with nutrition. We live in a world with “fake food” that may be delicious but is HORRIBLE for our bodies! If we try to eat natural and nutritious foods our body will receive the right energy and nutrients, making us stronger and greatly strengthening our health.

Many people will enjoy being inside playing video games or doing their own thing, but we were designed to move. Do something you love, whether it be dancing, walking, or hiking, you don’t have to hit the gym to be healthy!

Finally, we have sleep. Sleep is when our muscles will rest and regenerate, when our body readies energy for the next day. Sometimes we might get distracted and stay up super late, wake up early, and be miserable all day. We need sleep to FUNCTION. It is essential to our health!
