we know it takes 31 workers to do a car, and 19 to do a motorcycle... so hmmm to make "c" cars, it will then take 31*c workers, or 31c

to make "m" motorcycles, it will then take 19*c or 19c employees

whatever those amounts of workers needed to make both, must be an amount  that is 706 or less, thus    

31c + 19m ⩽ 706

now.... it takes $7500 to make a car and thus to make "c" cars it will then take 7500* c or 7500c

it takes $4300 for a motorbike, thus to make "m" motorbikes, it will then take 4300*m, or 4300m

whatever those dollar amounts are, must be 84000 or more, since Genghis Motors wants to spend that OR more

7500c + 4300m > 84000
