BabaBlast [244]

Answer:

In the reaction between p-aminophenol and acetic anhydride to form acetaminophen, 4.5 ml of water were added. This was done to recover the product out the container. positive ions are smaller than the ions from which they are formed but negative ions are larger than the is from which they are
Vadim26 [7]
Positive ions are atoms that have lost an electron from its outtermost shell. It is positive because electrons are negative and the loss of something negative makes it a bit more positive.
A negative ion is larger than its original atom because it's gained an electron.

The more electrons an atomic has on its electron cloud, the bigger the atom.

Hopefully I didn't confuse you, good luck. ♡

Describe how species on the Galapagos islands have changed over time
GarryVolchara [31]
Five to ten million years ago, the tops of underwater Galapagos volcanoes appeared above water for the first time about 600 km from mainland Ecuador in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Those volcanic peaks were completely devoid of plant and animal life. All plants and animals that are now native to the islands must have arrived to the islands originally through some form of long-distance dispersal. There are two main ways for species to make their way to remote islands. The first method is by air in the form of flying or being blown by wind, and the second method is by sea while swimming or floating, sometimes with the aid of rafts of tangled vegetation.
