In this question, it is given that the measurement of angles USW and TSR are 7x-34 and 4x+9 .

First we have to find the relationship between those two angles .

And these angles are vertical opposite angles which are congruent .

Therefore

m \angle USW = m \angle TSR

7x-34 = 4x+9
\\
3x = 43
\\
x = 14.33

Therefore measurement of angle USW is

=7(14.33)-34 =66.31 degree

Simplify the rational expression. state any restrictions on the variable. n^4-11n^2+30/n^4-7n^2+10
Andrej [43]
<span>For this case we have the following expression:
</span> \frac{n ^ 4-11n ^ 2 + 30}{ n ^ 4-7n ^ 2 + 10} &#10;&#10;
<span> We are going to make the following change of variables:
 </span>x = n ^ 2&#10;
 <span>Rewriting the expression we have:
 </span>\frac{(x ^ 2-11x + 30)}{(x ^ 2-7x + 10)} &#10;&#10;
 <span>Factoring the expression we have:
 </span>\frac{(x-5) (x-6)}{(x-5) (x-6)} &#10;
 <span>Canceling similar terms we have:
 </span>\frac{x-6}{x-2} &#10;
 <span>Returning the change we have:
 </span>\frac{n ^ 2-6}{n ^ 2-2} &#10;&#10;
<span> The resctrictions of the function are those that make the denominator equal to zero.
 We have then:
 </span>n ^ 2-2 = 0&#10;&#10;n = +/-  \sqrt{2} &#10;
<span> Answer:
 The simplified expression is:
 </span>\frac{n ^ 2-6}{n ^ 2-2}
 <span>The restrictions are:
 </span>n = \sqrt{2} &#10;
 n = -  \sqrt{2}

Find the length of the third side. If necessary, round to the nearest tenth.47
IRISSAK [1]

Given a right angle triangle

The length of the legs are 4 and 7

we will find the hypotenuse using the Pythagorean theorem

So,

\begin{gathered} h^2=7^2+4^2=49+16=65 \\ h=\sqrt[]{65}\approx8.062 \end{gathered}

Rounding to the nearest tenth

So, the answer is the length of the third side = 8.1
