In pretty sure the answer would be 4/18. I think it would be this because If half the students are boys and 4/9 of the boys have brown eyes, this means that the whole club is 18. You add the two denominators. This equals the whole. Since it is asking for boys with brown eyes out of the whole group you put the number of brown eyed boys over the total number of kids.

I'm assuming that the number after the variable is supposed to be the exponent.

5x^{5}+8 x^{2} +2x-3x^{9}-8x^{4}-4x^{5}

Combine like terms to get:

-3x^{9}+x^{5}-8x^{4}+8x^{2}+2x

A state has a limit on the lengths of cargo trains. The train cannot exceed a length of 1,100 ft. Train A has 28 cars at 40 feet
Bezzdna [24]
Hey there!

For this problem, all you need to do is some multiplication:

40 ft per car * 28 cars = 1,120 ft total
30 ft per car * 34 cars = 1,020 ft total

You can see that Train A exceeds the limit, while Train B doesn't.

Hope this helped you out! :-)
