Next, input ONE of the points (x₁, y₁) and the slope into the Point-Slope formula:

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

y - 7 = $\frac{5}{4}$(x - 3)

Lastly, isolate "y" to find the Slope-Intercept formula: y = mx + b

y - 7 = $\frac{5}{4}x$ - $\frac{15}{4}$

    y = $\frac{5}{4x}$  + $\frac{13}{4}$
