I need some help with this, this is probably easy and I might just be bad.

This isn't because your dumb! just because it takes a lil more brains than most questions... too find this answer you can't start anywhere without guessing because we need the number of nickels first so we will have too guess the number of that.... (i'm portraying that 10$ = 1000 aka 1000 cents)
 From just a couple trys i know that the answer is 51 total coins 34 quarters, 13 dimes and a guess 4 nickels.... 4 nickles = 20 then 9 more dimes than nickels (aka 4+9) so 13 dimes = 130 and 21 more quarters than dimes (aka 13+21) so 34 quarters = 850 add them all up ... 850 + 130 + 20 = 1000 aka 10 dollars meaning the total number of coins is 51.
