What is the legacy of cleopatra

English
1 answer:
Ne4ueva [31]3 years ago

Cleopatra left behind her a vast and grand legacy following her death. Her love affair with Marc Anthony was the inspiration for the famous Shakespeare play "Antony and Cleopatra". This play is known as one of Shakespeare's best works. Cleopatra has also been featured in many different movies in recent history, most of these movies concentrated on her beauty and cunning.

However in my opinion the most important part of her legacy was her feminism. Cleopatra stood as a lone symbol of a powerful, successful female symbol during a time where women were considered to be highly subservient to there male counterparts. Cleopatra rose above this stigma to be considered one of the times most revered and respected people regardless of her gender.

It is also a popular opinion that her she had led Egypt into its demise with poor ruling over its lands. However I believe that it was more the fault of the previous Pharaohs before her who had set her up to fail with there previous poor ruling and also the natural disaster that had plagued Egypt previously had weakened its food supply and economy strongly.

Describe how can we find a character in a paragraph
bulgar [2K]

Answer:

1. You don’t always have to be specific.

In F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby, the reader never really learns the color of Daisy’s hair or eyes, but does it matter? We can still picture her in our minds: “Her face was sad and lovely with bright things in it, bright eyes and a bright passionate mouth.”
