I have a whole book on bullying.

The best way to avoid someone or make them go away is by saying the same thing every time they say something. Sometimes they might get annoyed. Other times they might start trying to hit you. If they ask you to fight them,say I don't do that every time they say something. Or you could compliment them which will make them aggravated or throw them off.

You can talk to the person in a way that makes you look like the strong, In the aftermath you should talk to them in a Comforting manner. (Idk if it helps but it worked for me many times)
