An example is if a soldier wants to quit before his term is up the army can let him go but with a dishonorable discharge making it hard for him to get a job afterwards since jobs don't like seeing that on someone's record
one can also get this if found guilty of a crime
murder, sexual assault, peeing hot (drugs) etc. and possibly multiple article 15s
