A company that sells home and kitchen products online is tracking the number of visitors on their website overnight to determine
the best time to perform site maintenance. The company found that there are approximately 1,000 visitors at both 9 p.M. And at 9 a.M. The minimum number of visitors on their website between these hours is 200.
Since the the company is highest traffic at 9 am and 9 pm, i.e 1,000 and also because the number of people that visit the site in between these hours is 200 which is also high. Therefore, it is better if the maintenance can be performed between 10 pm to 8 am. It is best if the the maintenance operation can be performed at the hour of 2 am when there is less traffic so as not to bring negative impact to sales of the company.
