It could be argued that both John Smith and Anne Hutchinson "Both were thought of as troublemakers," since Smith was very "unconventional" in his dealings with the Jamestown colony, and Hutchinson challenged the religious authority of Puritanism.

Antibiotic resistance can we ever win what do you think the experimental question is
Lisa [10]
If there ever come a time when we win, it certainly isn't now. At least not at the pace of modern scientific discovery. Besides their alarming number, viruses are rapidly developing immunity against standard and well-known infections. It took the WHO more than 2-years to mitigate (Not cure) the EBOLA virus after countless deaths. Like the little child trying hard to empty the ocean with his tea cup. I think trying to create a virus-free infections using antibiotics at our current pace is no different from the lad's attempt. As I said earlier, there are countless species developing immunity to withstand the body's immune system, and external factors like drugs. So the real experiment question is, how do we prevent virus replication.

To persuade my audience that continuing to spend money on the space program is like throwing good money after bad" is a poorly p
Cloud [144]

Answer:

a. expressed in figurative language.

Explanation:

The question announcer says he made a comparison about spending money on the space program and throwing money after evil. The phrase spoken by the speaker was expressed in figurative language, which is that language not recommended for use in a speech. Discourses generally have well-formulated phrases, but even if the use of figurative language is to make speech more expressive, to broaden the meaning of a word, it can create different meanings because of the lack of formulation.
