An example of non-contingent reinforcement used in this chapter was the example of coach Keedwell placed her positive reinforcement of ‘fun activities’ within her practices to increase desirable practice behaviors, rather than strategically placing the fun reward when the students <span>immediately exhibited the desired behavior.
