Answer:

15.27 m^{3}

Explanation:

1 yd = 0.914 m

How we have an equation, if we do anything on the left, we may do the same thing on the right and the equality must continue. So, puting all the elements in cubic:

(1 yd) ^{3} = (0.914 m)^{3}

1 yd ^{3} = 0.763 m^{3}

Then

1 yd ^{3} -------------------- 0.763 m^{3}

20 yd^{3} --------------------- x

x = 20x0.763

x = 15.27 m^{3}

What is the value of 1.5 ATM of gas at 20°C and a 3 L vessel are heated at 30°C at a pressure of 5.2 ATM
vampirchik [111]

Answer:

The answer will be approximately 1.0L

Explanation:

The problem has not been properly specified. You could have specified a gas in a PISTON, whose volume would decrease with increased pressure, and increase with increased temperature.

For such a system, we would use the

combined gas law:

\frac{P1V1}{T1}=\frac{P2V2}{T2}

V_{2}= \frac{P1V1}{T1}\times\frac{T2}{P2}

                       =\frac{1.5\times3.0\times303}{293\times5.2}

                        \approx1.0L
