Advantages of Participation in Community Service:

+Image: Helping others gives you a good image. You would want to be seen as a good person, right? Helping in certain communities gives you a good image on transcripts and applications. 

+Relationships: Doing the right thing can help you in your spirit. Having a nasty spirit tends to push away others, while having a nice, placid spirit will draw other towards you.
