There aren't really any fruits that contain high amounts of vitamin B6 and can help stress/anxiety, besides dried fruits and bananas, but eating many dark green foods such as broccoli, kale, and so on are very helpful. Seeds, such as sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin, and squash seeds, nuts like pistachios in particular, or walnuts, peanuts, macadamia, and cashews, and fish! Mostly tuna and salmon- cooked of course. Raw isn't good for you. Avocado is also pretty good. Hope this helps you!

When an individual consumes high protein food while drinking, the alcohol remains in the stomach longer. It cannot be absorbed right away because the first thing to get dissolved in your body is that high protein food, and then the alcohol that you'd been drinking. If you didn't eat anything before drinking, then it would be absorbed more quickly and cause nausea, but this way, you won't feel the effects of alcohol immediately. Option A is just irrelevant here.
