Answer: The skin does various things including sweating,vasoconstriction and vasodilation to maintain homeostasis.

Explanation:

Sweating means particles with lots of energy evaporate this has a cooling effect on the body as the particles have a lower kinetic energy are left. Furthermore skin does vasodilation and vasoconstriction this talks about blood vessels dilating and constricting to allow blood flow to move in and out of the body. The skin is a receptor and it detects the weather/stimulus through the blood which goes through the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus controls homeostasis in the body
