because you'll never know what dangerous animals lurk around the area
whenever you go camping. Also, your activities might be able to disturb
other wildlife that are peacefully residing in the environment.
Drugs/Tobacco.
Alcohol.
Sexual Activity.
Poor Diet.
Behavior that may cause injury.
Sedentary Lifestyle.
The minimum amount of aerobic activity that one should engage in is 30
minutes 3 times a week, less than 30 minutes will not be effective.
Book is suggesting a diet while the other is suggesting the type of diet I think they both help each other out (sorry if I’m wrong)
