The picture depicts animal cell.

Explanation:

From the picture, we can observe that there is a single membrane unlike plant cell that would have an additional cell wall. Also the membrane is round shaped unlike plant cells which have an almost rectangular shaped membrane. Besides there are many vacuoles which are smaller when compared to large and single vacuole in plant cells.

It's an animal cell because it doesn't have a cell wall or chloroplasts. It's also not rectanglular shaped. :)
