The truck cover 80 km per 1 hour that is 80 km per 60 min.

For half the time, the truck will cover half the distance.

So, for 30 min (half of 60 min) the truck will travel 40 km (half of 80).

In general, we could have done the following:

The truck travels

80 km per 60 min, so:

80/60  km per 60/60 min

that is

4/3 km per 1 minute.

in 30 minutes, the truck will cover a distance of (4/3)*30=4*10=40 (min)

Answer: 40 min

HELP NEED ASAP FOR TOMORROW ITS FOR MY HOMEWORK!! ILL MARK BRAINLIEST IF RIGHT!!
Slav-nsk [51]

Answer:

  y ≥ -x +2

Step-by-step explanation:

The solid line has a slope of -1 and a y-intercept of 2, so its equation in slope-intercept form is ...

  y = -x +2

The shaded area is above this line, and the line is part of the solution set, so we want an inequality that has "y" and the comparison symbol in this order: "y ≥" or "≤ y".

We already have an equation with "y" on the left, above, so we just need to introduce the comparison symbol:

  y ≥ -x +2

Another way to write this is ...

  x + y ≥ 2
