As an immediate risk alcohol affects the nervous system (the reason why drunk people lose their balance) ,digestive system (irritation) respiratory system (risk of infection and bronchoaspiration). While alcohol won't affect the reproductive system in short term, it causes problems like loss of libido and testicular shrinkage with a chronic alcohol use.
