i beleive the answer is: d. Working out in the morning is more effective than working out at night.

The main reason for the myth is the fact that we burn more calories early in the morning(before we consume any breakfast).

Even though this might be true, What dispelled this perception is the fact that our body typically burn would burn more calories during sleep when we work out at night. So the the overall calorie burned will pretty much the same.

Among the choices above, the common myth associated with fitness is D; working out in the morning is more effective than working out at night. Mornings exercises are known to kick start your digestion early, so you consume more calories amid the day, instead of when you are dozing. It is said that day morning exercise can burn fats easily.

Why does your heart never tire of constantly beating to pump blood throughout your body?
Katen [24]
Because the heart is forced to pump out blood. In the upper right side of the heart is an bundle of cells called the sinoatrial node. Unlike any other cell in the body, these cells (nicknamed "pacemakers") keep sending out electrical impulses, more than once a second, to make the rest of the heart contract and pump out blood.

hope this helps!
